Our "action taken date" for originated loans is always the consummation date. Recently, we had to do a post-closing tolerance cure, along with issuing a revised CD. The revised CD to show the tolerance cure is dated three days after the consummation date. Does the "action taken date" stay the same (consummation date), or should it be changed to the date the revised CD was issued? Thank you.

The loan closed when the loan closed. Review the rules regarding post closing CDs.
