Is the "Buying Your Home: HUD Booklet" still a requirement on non-owner occupied properties subject to RESPA? I cannot find any recent information on this. Thanks.

What are non-occupied homes that are subject to RESPA?

Let me re-phrase and ask if the "Buying Your Home: HUD Booklet" is required on loans subject to RESPA?

1024.6—Special information booklet at time of loan application.

I guess if you had a transaction subject to RESPA and not TRID you would still send one.

Thank you. Based upon your response, you don't see the HUD Booklet provided frequently? Should we just give the "Your Home Loan Toolkit" instead on RESPA loans?

What RESPA loans do you have that aren't subject to TRID? Reverse mortgages?

If they're business purpose, then they aren't subject to RESPA or Z. If they're consumer purpose, then they're subject to both.

Hmm, thanks. So would any loans be subject to RESPA and not Z now? Lot loans?

Just for clarity....i mean reverse mortgages aren't subject to TRID disclosure requirements, not that they aren't subject to the entirety of Reg. Z.
