Hello:

If we a clear and clean of debt property (no payoff/paid in full) - and the borrower take a residential mortgage loan over this property to consolidate debts, for a trip, for back to school, to purchase an unimprovement piece of land, or any other purpose (no Home Purchase, no Home Improvement, No Cash Out or No Cash Out Refi).

We should report this loan as "Other"?

Thanks

Yes, if it's consumer purpose.
