Our bank has a insurance company as a subsidiary, which has an office at the Bank. They want to put "Now Hiring" Posters up at the branch. Do you think the "Not, Not, Not, May Disclosure" would be required? (Side from the Equal Opportunity Employer) We aren't necessarily advertising a product, but both, the Bank's and Insurance Company's logo will be on the poster.

If they are only promoting the hiring of someone, this doesn't trigger the "not, not, note" disclosure.

Advertisements and promotional material of insurance products or annuities require the insurance disclosures unless they are of a general nature (listing of services) [§343.40(d)]
