If we have consumer loans which exceed the applicable threshold amount and therefore Regulation Z is not applicable, are there any state of Missouri consumer laws which would still apply? I'm concerned about the amount of certain fees we want to charge on the loans. I'm not familiar with Missouri law, but I reviewed 408 and am still not sure. I may not be looking in the right place.
