If you get a letter from the insurance company that states a structure is uninsurable, can the building be excluded from flood requirements?

Ag loan, with appraisal done as land only, but there is a shed in the picture on the appraisal.

If you exclude it in your security agreement. And what does uninsurable mean anyway? Is it just sitting there or is it actually attached to the real property?

What your appraisal is based on is never a consideration when you are talking about flood insurance.
