I'm trying to figure out what our options are if we didn't collect enough for the initial escrow deposit because the CD calculated incorrectly.

Go back to the customer to collect the remaining amount?
Take the difference, spread it out over X months and add it to the payment?
Do nothing?

You would have to issue a short year escrow statement or wait until the next annual escrow analysis.
