We have some cards that the entity usually a church was not requrred to name an employee on the card and the company name is the only name shown on the card. I have concerns with this practice but they don’t want one employee on the card as it gets used by multiple employees for different expenses. Technically the customer is supposed to sign the back of the card but this structure makes it impossible sincei it is not used by one employee. Does anyone else allow this type of card?

I assume you have a business card BIN that you are issuing these cards under and not your consumer BIN?

We have some that just have the entity’s name and some that have a dept and company name. I am concerned because if we had a regular line of credit we would make them identify the individuals that will be making draws.

Does anyone else provide business cards without identifying an employee on the card?

Does any of the visa/MasterCard experts know if you are supposed to have an individual embossed on the card along with the company?
