We do not do reverse mortgages. However, I was asked the following. If we wanted to do reverse mortgages do we need a special license for the loan originators or the company to do this?

There are specific FHA requirements, yes. There are many lenders using correspondent or broker models that would be willing to fill you in on the appropriate licenses which would be required.
