Since S.2155 was signed into law last week, how will it affect HMDA reporting for a small bank that originates less than 500 closed end and 500 open end mortgage loans? Also, I suppose a small bank would have to wait for the CFPB to amend the HMDA regulations, and provide an effective date before a it could change it's HMDA reporting for 2019?
