Sorry I wasn't more clear in my question, but the Trust Dept. opened the account and manages it. The owner "Trust" does not have access to transact on the account, it's only given permission to the Bank to do this, so would Reg DD/O etc.apply? Hope that helps clarify.

The Trust doesn't own the account itself, It's an internal Bank account.
