Loan amount is $69,500.00. 2 houses on property. 2nd house appraised at $10,103. Can I insure that one for $10,000,00 and the main house for $60,000.00?

You can allocate the insurance any way you want as long as both have a separate policy, so $10,000 and $60,000 should be fine.
