What information do you collect for non-reloadable cards sold to non-customers? I understand this isn't a monetary instrument, but just curious what others are doing. Also, what is the max that you can load to the card?

This type of information is usually set forth by the program manager or the card issuer. If you are simply a distribution point for these cards, I would advise you to reach out to the program manager/issuing bank for answers.

The Prepaid CIP rule specifically addresses what information is required based on who the customer is and how the card can be used.
