We have a loan request that was considered denied based on environmental issues. Due to that being a property issue vs. an applicant issue I want to verify that it shouldn't be approved not accepted... we collected all the other information from the applicant but didn't get as far as making a decision due to the environmental concerns. Since we didn't make that decision on the applicant do we consider the request denied? just trying to determine where the line is drawn/how far a request needs to get to be approved not accepted vs. denied.

To be ANA, you must have fully approved the applicant. That means ALL verifications are complete. Sounds like you have a denial for both Reg B and Reg C.
