Can anyone tell me if there was model language for the 90 notice under the protecting tenants at foreclosure?

Banks should be able to pull out old policies and procedures that were tested by examiners and reinstate them. This is one that should be a no brainer.

Just be sure your staff and attorneys involved in foreclosures are aware of the reincarnation of the Act. It's easy to forget about something that hasn't been in effect for over three years.

What other types of property would have tenants, if it is not a rental/investment property?
