We have a borrower who post-consummation is requesting we waive the requirement for an escrow account. Can we charge a fee to waive the escrow? We looked to 1026.20 (e)(5)(i ) which addresses cancellations upon consumer's request and the timing required to provide the Escrow Closing Notice but there is nothing addressing a fee charged post-consummation.
