Your TISA disclosure indicates that $50 is the minimum deposit to open the account. Your marketing materials, brochures, and rate sheets disclose that there is no minimum deposit to open the account. Say you would like to make those match up and show the minimum deposit to open accounts is $50 on your marketing materials, brochures, and rate sheets...do you have to give any sort of advance notification? My thought is no, because you are not changing anything that is adversely impacting the APY.

I agree. You're TISA disclosures are the "controlling" document. They should be right. Marketing materials are not disclosures. Change them ASAP.
