What do you do report for AUS/AUS results in this case...

We have a loan that we ran DU on based on a certain home value and got a result of Approve/Eligible. Appraisal comes in way lower and we now deny the loan. We didn't re-run DU to get a different "official" result. Do we report the Approve/Eligible because that was the last one we ran or not report anything...or other?

It seems odd to have Approve but then report a denial, but you don't have to run AUS again. I would report the result you got from the initial AUS.

I agree that it looks odd but since that is the last AUS result we had that was the way I was leaning. If we have a DU in file I am reporting the results. I think this is easily explainable to an examiner and I know it will still out like a sore thumb.
