Let's say a savings account has an interest rate of 0.25%. If acustomer signs up for a monthly auto transfer from checking to savings and we'll increase that rate to .45% - would this be disclosed on the TISA disclosure?

Yes. You have to explain how rates can change. See §1030.4(b)(1)(ii).
