If we disclose a Third Party Inspection fee of $900 on the LE (Section B) and an Officer Inspection Fee of $0 (Section A) and then through the course of the application process the officer decided an Officer Inspection would be sufficient for the Final/Repair Inspection Fee. On the Closing Disclosure an Officer Inspection Fee of $100 was charged (Section A) and a Third Party of Inspection Fee of $0 was charged. Since these are both "No tolerance" items related to the same Final/Repair Inspection Fee, can we compare them to one another for tolerance comparisons, or do we owe this customer $100?
