Was the 2018 FFIEC Estimated MSA/MD/non-MSA/MD Median Family Income released? I don't see any news release, but the FFIEC Geocoder has been updated for 2018. Has anyone seen anything on this?

They updated the geocoding but don't seem to have released anything else to date.

The flat files haven't been released so they probably released it onto the tool to meet a requirement of some sort.

I had some significant increases in some MSA areas, e.g. $9200, $8600 increases over 2017 MFIs. I sure hope this isn't another screw up.

Looks like the flat file is released too--I think their formula for estimating income increases is getting beyond normal standard deviation. I might make the argument to utilize HUD MFI estimates until 2020 Census Data comes out.
