Curious as to what others do, do you train the board on the policy or just employees?

The board reads and ratifies the policy every year, and signs to agree to it, nothing to really train on. Then all employees have to read and electronically acknowledge the policy each year.

ours is electronic on our intranet site, and every time you enter to it you must confirm you will read and adhere to it..
