Has any other bank or CU had an issue with Transunion reporting a customer's HELOC as closed when it was only paid to zero and but still active? TU told me that is how it works.

You have got some bad information from TU or the information that you are reporting indicates the account to be closed. Why would an active HELOC be any different than an active credit card??

The code we are reporting is "Account in Good Standing". When I asked to speak to a manager they said they just asked and I would get the same answer. ARRRR!
