If we were to remove the depository feature from an ATM that has had one for several years, is there a regulatory requirement for prior disclosure to customers? My assumption would be that only accountholders at that particular branch would be directly effected, but could it be a statement message to all accountholders, or would that be over-compliant?

Since there is no specific notice required (unless your State requires it), then you are talking about nothing more than a notice from a customer service perspective and what you do is just a business decision.
