Wondering if there are concerns over the Data Collection Grid ( https://www.dallasfed.org/~/media/documents/cd/pubs/craloan.pdf )
as it pertains to the sections on HMDA? I don't see any update on their site and my HMDA expert says I should not share this with staff anymore because it doesn't have the most recent information.
Are others still using it? or has anyone found a similar document that's more up to date?

What is the date of the one you are using?

Same date. Although some of HMDA has changed, I believe that the loan information is still accurate.

Might want to look into what HMDA now considers as multifamily. I imagine there maybe a new collection grid released soon due to the HMDA changes. The new HMDA rule says that a community is considered on the same level as multifamily such as a mobile home park. For instance, if a development has multiple 1-4 family units on it the loan would be reported on the call report as 1-4 family construction, but also be multifamily reportable because it is now a community of people living in rental housing, and also CRA reportable if it has a CD purpose.
