I was wondering if there has been any recent activity in the world of regulatory compliance that may have a future impact on business lending. The last item to impact business lending (at least for me) was the Beneficial Ownership requirements for legal entity customers which rolled-out several months ago.

Are there any new proposals or even something out for commentary that anyone may know of? I'm just trying to gauge how much activity we can expect for this area of lending going into 2019.

The Business Lending Data is in Pre-Ruling Making Stage. This one is something I have being watching. Who knows when a proposal would be released, but it is still concerning.
