Does anyone else lower a customer's debit card limits if you have returned mail and after repeated attempts, the customer won't answer or contact you back about updating their address? We are thinking of lower their debit card limits after 30 days of unsuccessful contact so the customer would have to contact us.......

Why lower it - just cut it off totally.

Yep. We cancel the card. Usually isn't long before the customer calls.
