I'm hoping for a little guidance on Arizona disbursement dates. Our mortgage area indicated that the disbursement date is equal to the date the mortgage is recorded, which seems pretty easy if your working with a title company who provides you with the date they are going to record the mortgage but how should we handle the disbursement date if we doing a refinance on a home equity loan and close the loan at one of our local branches in Minnesota and I don't know when the mortgage will get recorded. Is this a state law requirement that we can't disburse until the mortgage is recorded?
