Does anyone charge for the termination of a UCC filing? Perhaps as a finance charge?

I believe you would use a UCC Amendment form and mark termination. As far as I can tell, it would be the same $84 to file with the Department of State. If one was also filed in the appropriate county, you would need to check their fee schedule.

I also believe this fee would be treated like a satisfaction fee for a mortgage.
