Loan has been disclosed to a couple. Couple wants to add another borrower later it the loan process. Does the lender have to disclose the Home Loan ToolKit to this borrower in the initial disclosure package or is it sufficient that the couple received the Home Loan ToolKit in their initial disclosure package. 2. Multiple applicants. When two or more persons apply together for a loan, the creditor complies with § 1026.19(g) if the creditor provides a copy of the booklet to one of the persons applying.
