Tiger's Den!
Customer had force place flood insurance on loan. Map change removed the property in April. We were notified in August. Do we have to refund the force place premium from the map change date or our notification date? Can't find anything in the flood rules. Help!

I don't believe so. They had insurance and it gave them value for their premium. You can drop the insurance, but don't have to.
