I am re-writing/amending/rehashing all aspect of our mortgage servicing procedures. With respect to the bank's response to a Notice of Error, there are definite information requirements in the response, but no model notice. Do most of you just use a form letter or do you have a form to complete?

The same goes for requests for information. Form letter or a standardized form to complete?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
