Hi, we can only disclose one set of estimated fees that consumers are able to review prior to Mortgage loan application for all products. I am wondering what types of disclosures we must provide (or should provide) to consumers so they are aware that additional fees may apply depending on the loan program? If nothing is required, how are other institutions handling this?

Thank you.

Hard to imagine the context without seeing the actual website layout, but if you are talking about a specific loan product on the website, then a footnote that loan fees and costs may be different based on the actual loan product selected should be OK.
