I thought I read somewhere that if a lender is notified of a re-zone into an SFHA - the lender has 3 days to send the 45-day letter.

Does this ring a bell to anyone? Where did I read this?

Not that I am aware of, but the bank will be expected to act within a reasonable period of time to get the notifications out to the customers. What a reasonable period of time might be may vary based on your examiners.
