Loan started out as 'other' debt consolidation. There are some funds over and due to damage sustained from Michael, they intend to keep and use that money for damage repairs.

If the loan hasn't closed yet (or if they gave the intention before it closed), I would vote HI. If they made the intention change after it closed, I would not. Either way, be sure to document, document, document - but I know that you know that, Joker.

Probably wouldn't have asked for a purpose of the funds if it had closed already And yes, it's documented.

ETA: I'm a stickler for purpose of additional funds and verifying they even WANT the leftover after payoffs are accounted for, even when it's nominal. Turns out, they had some damage and wanted to keep it to go towards repairs. Which proves asking questions truly has real meaning/use.

Seeing as a quorum is more than one, I'll toss my hat into the HI ring too.
