The Wisconsin Consumer Act requires us to send customers written notice of an alleged default and, if applicable, of the customer's right to cure any such default.
Transactions secured by first lien real estate mortgages are not covered by the WCA. Is there a separate requirement to send a right to cure notice when a mortgage is in default? If there is, I'm having trouble finding it.
