Help. We are submitting voluntary disclosure agreements because there are states where we did not report unclaimed property. The look back period is 10 years. Does anyone know if that is 2008 to 2018 to cover those reporting periods missed or do you go back further? I read somewhere that you need to cover the dormancy period. I read this to be anything dormant as of the reporting period when we would of filed in 2008 and ongoing. Am I on the right track?
