In the mountains
If an applicant marks a race and then also marks "I do not wish to provide this information" in a mailed application, do we ignore the marked "I do not wish to provide this information"? Much like we would if it was an in person application, the customer marked "I do not wish to provide this information" but the lender marks DI based the visual observation...
