Is it required to re-disclose everything if you are renewing a TRID loan after maturity date and still has a balance? The rate will be increasing but we will keep the same loan number.

That depends on your state laws and whether that renewal would be considered a refinancing as defined in 1026.20(a). If it is a refinancing, it would be subject to new disclosures.

And State law can be confusing or somewhat silent on this. I'm in GA and we elect to never renew [modify] a loan post maturity because it's seems very unclear on the legalities of such.
