We have a loan that we have received information that the insurance has lapsed, thus there is no insurance and we need to force place the insurance. The customer is in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We are not allowed to send negative letters to a customer in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy; however, I don't think this is considered a negative letter. Thoughts?
