We purchased a package of HMDA reportable loans this year and I gathered the HMDA data based on acquired/purchased loans and sent it to our HMDA group. Now they are asking for the property values for each of these purchased loans. Since we didn't make the credit decision why do they need the property value?

This is available in the public domain. I found it by googling 'purchased loan reporting property value for HMDA".
