We believe that we have finalized numbers on a Rural Development loan but have not received the conditional commitment number from RD yet. Is it ok to issue the Closing Disclosure without having the MIC # filled in?

If you don't have the number yet, then you don't have it. I am not sure you have to delay closing based on that fact.
