it's so freaking cold down here that i have left the beer just sitting outside, no need to put in a refrigerator. how people live year round in 68 degree weather is beyond me...anyway, come sit by the roaring fire, grab a cold beer from outside the door, and roast some smores with us...

33 degrees and sunny here in KS today, going to be a chilly day here but tomorrow should be better; maybe 50 degrees. Nice evening to snuggle on couch with fireplace, doggos, hubby and some hot cocoa with Baileys.

It's going to be in the teens tomorrow morning. I'm glad I drained the mower of gas and pulled the battery for winter last weekend. With these temps, I'm not going to need it again until March. I'm hoping my wife will make chili this weekend.

-4 this morning! A week ago we were in the mid 40s...winter weather hit fast and hard, but we're supposed to be back in the mid 30s next week.
Upper Midwest winter months are a rollercoaster sometimes...

TR - your cold and my cold are very different...remember, we rarely see freezing temps and snow is once every 8-10 years...of course, you close schools when it gets 85 up north since you consider that hot, while we still wear light jackets if it is only 85...it's all relative

Well it's 56 here today with lows expected in the 30's tonight thru Sunday night. Supposed to be in the 20's next Tuesday. Winter has officially arrived apparently.
