So, if you are not required to report HMDA for CY2017 and CY 2018 due to the loan volume threshold, we can remove the HMDA Disclosure Notice from the branch lobby and also no longer required to maintain the prior two year HMDA Disclosure from the FFIEC?

Interestingly, despite the information in the eCFR saying we just needed to provide the link to the CFPB (BCFP lol), our examiners just let us know that they still want us to have two years of HMDA Disclosures in our Public File... Feds not following Federal Rules--I too like to live dangerously!
