Somewhere in the desert!
On the 13th FEMA suspended the NFIP in 4 states. Unfortunately, we are affected. Is there a requirement to notify our borrowers that their flood insurance could be affected?

There is no requirement for notification. In most situations,the communities meet the deadline to avoid actual suspension.
