My Bank has an RDC policy that customers must meet certain eligibility requirements after account opening before they can enroll in RDC. One of the eligibility requirements is the customer must be a customer over 30 days. The Bank would like to waive RDC eligibility requirements for new employees. In other words, new hires would be eligible for RDC upon being hired.

Is this permissible?
