We have the same deposit account types and fees at each of our 3 branches.

1. Do we have to include the branch location on the initial TIS disclosures and the Fee Schedule?

2. Is just the bank name enough?

Ours just has the bank name and we have gone thru several exams with no problems.

Branch location is not a required disclosure in 1030.4

Reg E 1005.7(b)(2) requires "The telephone number and address of the person or office to be notified when the consumer believes that an unauthorized electronic fund transfer has been or may be made."'

This may or may not be a branch location depending on where you require error notifications to go.
