good morning,
cash deposit to an IOLTA account requiring a CTR.
The Bar foundation is "conducted on behalf of" however do I add the trustee law firm as well? I've never encountered this type of CTR filing before.
Thanks,

The account does not belong to the BAR Foundation - they just get the interest from the account. They have nothing to do with deposits and withdrawals.

The beneficiary of your CTR is the law firm's client. You will have to get the information about the client from the law firm in order to complete the CTR.

Your CTR will identify (1) the individual making the deposit; (2) the law firm; and (3) the law firm's client(s) on whose behalf the law firm took in the cash.
