If we are exempt from reporting rate spread and choose not to report it, do we report Exempt or NA for a non natural person loan?

It is like a Monday and I am a cup or two of coffee short, but how are you exempt from reporting the rate spread?

If you are a small filer, then you would report "Exempt" or "1111" for all applicable entries. Listing "NA" is reporting data.
