We've been filing a continuing SAR on an account for misuse of position by a trustee. Now that the owner of the account has passed away, the trustee will be legal to do with what they want with the account. Do I need to file a final SAR reporting that the owner is now deceased? or just not file another continuing SAR within the 90 days?

Was there suspicious activity during the 90 day review timeframe?
